Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the delivery of your order. You can also go to the “My Orders” section on our website and click “Track Order” to view the tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. In general, delivery times are as follows:
Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 business days. Express Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, with no signs of use, and with all tags intact. We provide a free return code to make the process easier.
